 Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager console’u açmak istediğimizde "Failed to connect to server" mesajını alıyorsak,yada event loglarda 4096 “The Java Virtual Machine has exited with a code of -1, the service is being stopped.” Uyarısını görüyorsak SEPM servisi stop olmuş demektir.
Bu sorun IUSR hesabının şifresinin yanlış olmasından dolayı kimlik doğrulama yapılamamasından kaynaklanmaktadır.
SEPM servisi belirli aralıklarla stop oluyorsa aşağıdaki işlemleri yapmak gerekmektedir.
